A Relationship-Based Approach
At Little Chatterbox, we provide relationship-based speech and language therapy for toddlers and young children with speech delays, language delays, developmental delays, and suspected or diagnosed autism.
We start by getting to know what makes your child light up — favorite toys, songs, routines, and play interests — and use those moments to build meaningful communication.
When children feel understood and connected, something amazing happens - they start to open up, play, and share their voice in their own special way.

Early Intervention (Ages 1-3)
Early communication builds the foundation for lifelong language and learning. We specialize in play-based early intervention speech therapy for toddlers with speech delay, language delay, developmental delay, or suspected or diagnosed autism.
Sessions support children who are beginning to use words, sounds, gestures, or signs and focus on connection, joint attention, and intentional communication through fun, everyday routines.
Preschool Speech & Language Therapy (Ages 3–5)
We help children strengthen the building blocks of communication — speech sounds, vocabulary, grammar, and social interaction — through hands-on, play-based learning.
This service supports children with speech sound delays, language delays, social communication challenges, complex communication need, and/or suspected or diagnosed autism. Each session is tailored to your child’s developmental level and individual needs.
Parent Coaching & Guided Practice
Parents are a child’s first communication partners. Our parent coaching sessions provide evidence-based strategies to support children with speech delay, language delay, or developmental concerns at home.
Learn how to turn everyday routines into language-rich opportunities that encourage interaction, engagement, and communication.
School & Preschool Consultation
We collaborate with preschools, daycare providers, and early learning centers to support children with speech and language needs in classroom settings. Services may include speech-language screenings, staff training, classroom consultation, AAC and Total Communication support, and shared reading or story time sessions that model interactive, language-rich teaching strategies.
Our goal is to support inclusive learning environments for children with speech delays, language delays, developmental delays, complex communication needs, and suspected or diagnosed autism.
Tele-therapy Options
For families outside our local area or those who prefer flexible scheduling, we offer engaging virtual speech therapy sessions throughout Florida.
Teletherapy includes parent participation and individualized coaching and may be appropriate for children with speech or language delays who benefit from consistent support at home.
