Meet The Founder - Tamara Gonzalez Scheulov

"At Little Chatterbox, every child’s voice matters. I am here to help them find it in a way that feels natural and fun."

Hi, I’m Tamara. I am a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a passion for helping young children find their voices and connect with the world around them.

About Me

Before becoming an SLP, I spent 10+ years teaching at progressive private preschools, building a strong foundation in child development and early learning. Programs I’ve taught in include the Little School in San Francisco, CA, The Family Center at Bank Street College of Education in New York, NY and Cornell University Lab School, Ithaca, NY.

I specialize in the evaluation and treatment of early communication challenges in infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children, including speech and language impairments, developmental delays, and  suspected or diagnosed Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Over the past 7 years, first as a school-based SLP-A and now as a licensed SLP, I’ve developed a unique relationship-based, child-centered therapy style that supports each child’s communication journey in a joyful, engaging, and developmentally supportive way.
